St Ives bay is renowned for its surfing and windsurfing and is well patrolled by lifeguards during the summer season. The beach is ideal for playing in the waves, large enough to find solitude and perfect for barbeques as the sun goes down.

In nearby Hayle the estuary is an RSPB site and popular with bird-watchers year round.

Within easy walking distance is a popular pub and two beach cafes each selling reasonably priced lunch and evening meals. Just a few miles inland is the town of Hayle which offers a good choice of pubs and eateries and a few miles further lies the popular harbour town of St Ives with its countless cafes, bars and restaurants.

All of our self catering accommodation overlooks a private lawn that is away from the road. Ideal for children and après-surf barbeques.
